Your Rights Under GDPR
The GDPR provides you with specific rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Be Informed
You have the right to know how your personal data is being collected and used. We provide this information through our Privacy Policy and this GDPR page.
Right of Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is commonly known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will respond within one month of receiving your request.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. We will make corrections within one month.
Right to Erasure
Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
- You withdraw consent (where consent was the legal basis)
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data was unlawfully processed
Note that we may need to retain certain data for legal or contractual obligations.
Right to Restrict Processing
You can request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of data or object to processing.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you can request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling, and to processing for direct marketing purposes.
Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making
You have rights related to automated decision-making and profiling. We do not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us via email at [email protected]. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before responding to requests.
We will respond to most requests within one month. If your request is complex or we receive numerous requests, we may extend this by up to two additional months, but we will inform you of any extension within the first month.
There is no fee for exercising your rights in most circumstances. However, if requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and, where required, inform affected individuals without undue delay.
